Kühlverfahren

Beim Nasskühler verlaufen die Bierleitungen durch ein Eiswasserbad.
Beim Trockenkühler wird das Bier direkt durch einen gekühlten Aluminiumblock geführt.

Leistung und Einsatzbereich

Nasskühler verfügen im Unterschied zu Trockenkühlern über eine Eisbank als Kühlreserve und ermöglichen zudem eine Wasserumlaufkühlung.
Trockenkühler eignen sich besonders für Veranstaltungen und Catering, da sie sofort einsatzbereit und wartungsarm sind.
Beide Bauarten sind in unterschiedlichen Leistungsstufen erhältlich.

Einsatzbereitschaft

Nasskühler benötigen eine gewisse Vorlaufzeit, bis Wasser oder Eis ausreichend abgekühlt sind.
Trockenkühler sind bereits nach wenigen Minuten einsatzfähig.

Transport und Wartung

Nasskühler sind schwerer und müssen vor dem Transport entleert werden.
Trockenkühler sind leichter zu handhaben und wartungsärmer.
