The activator ergo.® 4900 is usually applied on one side, rarely also on both sides, at least 2 minutes before the adhesive and must evaporate completely before the adhesive is dosed. It accelerates the hardening of the anaerobically hardening adhesives and is always indicated when it is actually necessary to work within seconds or when there are inactive materials or gaps that are too large. In addition, excess adhesive that has air contact can be fully hardened by spraying it in afterwards.
