Disinfectant cleaner in powder form for beer and beverage dispensing systems - based on the THONHAUSER PERSULPHATE TECHNOLOGIES. The disinfection of Sanitation is indicated by the COLOR INDICATOR. CHLORINE, good environmental compatibility - disinfection with ACTIVE OXYGEN. Meets the requirements of DIN 6650th HACCP requirements.DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS GO PACK! Fill a clean container with pre-rinsed 4.5 liters of lukewarm water (max. 35 ° C). In the water jet a bag TM DESANA MAXfp (45g) admit. Mix well. Close container and shake 3x! Color of the freshly prepared solution: VIOLET. Place the keg and open the tap until the cleaning solution flows from the tap. Solution is very dirty YELLOW. Close the tap. The TM DESANA MAXfp-cleaning solution to react for 3 minutes. Procedure 4 and 5 as many times repeat until the cleaning solution no longer turns GREEN. If the solution for 3 minutes, VIOLET, the beverage line is microbiologically cleaned properly.Rinse thoroughly with water!
