ALKALINE CLEANING CONCENTRATE WITH DISINFECTING EFFECT FOR CHEMICAL CLEANING OF BEER AND BEVERAGE DISPENSING SYSTEMS. DISINFECTANT CLEANER FOR ALL VESSELS IN THE SMALL BREWERY. TM DESANA meets the requirements of TRSK 501 and is HACCP eRecht. 330 ml per 10 L TM DESANA handwarm water. Contact time for cleaning 5 to 30 minutes. Fill tank and check for hygiene lines with fresh solution, the solution remains purple after 3 minutes contact time are the surfaces clean; becomes colored green or yellow impurities were still found and simultaneously oxidized. If necessary. re-fill with fresh solution until color 3 minutes remain stable.
